My Clients
It doesn't matter where you sit in your organisation or what your job title is. Your mindset will determine if this is the right platform for you. I work with clients who have the following character traits:
AMBITION | BRAVERY | CURIOSITY | DETERMINATION
The coach - client relationship is incredibly personal and as a result I am very picky about who I chose to work with. Let's be clear: I am not here to be your friend.
My job is to help you to cut through the bulls**t and to get to the very core of what motivates and drives you and then to help you feed that engine in the pursuit of high performance. We may laugh together, we may cry together, we may even sit in silence, but there will be no false flattery or empty praise. I will not mix my words and require the same from you.
If we choose to work together, I will be your biggest cheerleader and an honest critic.

Established Leaders
Together we will explore your personal leadership style(s) to find how we can support you in your journey of developing breadth. No one style fits all and leadership must be adapted constantly to differing teams, tasks and individuals.
No – seeing a coach does not mean that you suck as a leader. Quite the opposite, it means that you might have a servant leadership mindset and can remove ego to best support your team.
Yes – consistency as a leader is essential, but if a leadership style is consistently not generating the results desired, then it is time for a change.
Emerging Leaders
Focusing on prevention over cure, I seek to support emerging leaders by mapping their current leadership style(s) and exploring leadership theories, before bad habits can set in. This is definitely a two way conversation, where I can share my experiences of leadership from both a theory and experience perspective.
Exposure to the broad spectrum of leadership and management options available will help you to find your most comfortable style as well as provide some reassurance that there are plenty of clubs left in the leadership golf bag for when you need them. This will ease your transition into a new role.

Future Leaders
If the best time to plant a tree was ten years ago and the second best time to plant a tree is now (thank you Confucius) the same is true for learning about, investing in and developing your leadership journey.
Waiting to learn about leadership until you are promoted into a role that requires it is like waiting to learn about sales until you land a job in sales... aka a recipe for disaster.
The transition from management to leadership should not be underestimated. The sooner that you start to take leadership seriously rather than consider it a natural born asset, the sooner you will start to generate success.
